Overview:

This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic Director-level engineer eager to step up into a Head of role, or an accomplished Head of Engineering ready to take lead at a fast-growing early stage start-up. This is the chance to lead a specialist team of engineers at a expanding start-up at the forefront of our industry.

We are seeking a dynamic Dental Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions for the hardware and software of the dental office. Knowledge of integration of dental hardware equipment with software components. Must be able to come into the office. Be aligned with our core functions to develop the software needed for dental application. be able to test prototype and beta test it as well.

Duties:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch new products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development processes.
  • Communicate product updates and releases to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Be able to software program applications for dental.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in product management practices.
  • Experience working with SaaS products and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive teams toward common goals.
  • Knowledge of APIs and project management software.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies in a product context.

  • Direct the software development process, ensuring schedules, budgets, and strategies are aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and accountable culture, emphasizing the development of engineers who take full ownership of their projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and leadership to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
  • Lead the design and expansion of the DevOps organization to meet the growing needs of the company.
  • C++, C# and Python environment.


The Person:

  • Skilled in leading and mentoring software teams, fostering growth and expertise.
  • Extensive experience in software development for hardware products, from initial concept to full-scale production.
  • Proven track record of guiding high-performance software teams, with a focus on optimizing operations, best practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Adept at navigating multidisciplinary technical environments to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges.
  • Capable of seamlessly transitioning between in-depth technical problem-solving and strategic planning.
