This is a remote position.
As a Data Entry Operator, you will work fully remote to input, manage and maintain critical project and operational data. This role allows you to support our field operations from your home office while contributing to our mission of excellence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately and timely into company databases, working remote.
Manage remote files, records and documentation in support of operations and project teams.
Verify data for completeness, correctness and report anomalies for remote review.
Communicate with remote stakeholders to clarify data needs and support remote workflows.
Assist in remote audits of entry accuracy and support continuous improvement.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven data entry experience with strong accuracy and efficiency.
Comfortable operating remotely with reliable internet and workspace.
Familiarity with spreadsheet/database systems.
Self-starter with strong remote work discipline and communication skills.
Competitive hourly pay $28–$35/hr.
