Job Description

We are looking for a Facility Care Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community Located in Shaker Heights, Ohio!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, pools, and outdoor areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Assist with minor repairs like changing light bulbs, fixing faucets, and basic plumbing/electrical work.
• Keep outdoor areas maintained, including landscaping support, snow removal, and trash management.
• Manage waste for a 5-story community, including trash chute and dumpsters.
• Respond to resident requests or concerns regarding facility upkeep or safety.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and community policies.
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report replenishment needs.
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance tasks and inspections.

Schedule:

• Tuesday – Friday, 15–30 hours per week
• Flexible hours to meet the needs of the community

Pay: $15.00/hour
