We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Compost Sorters. This role is essential to our waste diversion and sustainability initiatives. The primary responsibility is to sort through waste bags collected from all events, accurately separating materials into recycling, compost, and landfill categories. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work on your feet for extended periods, and a strong commitment to environmental stewardship. Sorters will be stationed in a designated sorting area and are expected to maintain efficiency and accuracy throughout their shift.
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $21.06 to $23.34. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
