  • This job is part of the Marketing Team within the Global Engagement Division.
  • Responsible for coordinating the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support our Flight and Alliances Marketing initiatives and help elevate our brand in a competitive landscape. 

What you'll do

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring multi-channel campaigns to promote flights, destinations, and airline partnerships.
  • Supports the development & execution of marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, copywriting, creative briefing and development and Q/A and campaign optimizations
  • Gathers and shares creative specs with creative team and manages feedback to media team and channel owners.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, including paid and owned channels. Communicate and manages changes to creative rotation.
  • Coordinate and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with seasonal travel trends, holidays, promotional events, and cross-functional team initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the aa.com content team to ensure alignment of messaging, branding, and user experience across digital platforms
  • Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to develop campaigns, including, but not limited to Revenue Management, Corporate Communications, Legal and airline partners.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, etc.

All you'll need for success

  • Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
    • 1 year marketing experience in a media agency or B2C marketing role
    • Media agency or relevant job experience 

       
  • Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
    • Master's degree
  • Skills, Licenses & Certifications
    • Copywriting, graphic design skills or experience using Adobe Creative Suite or other marketing tools
    • Solid understanding of marketing best practices, including KPIs, benchmarking and measurement
    • Ability to work with cross-functional groups and develop relationships with key stakeholders
    • Excellent presentation skills and written/ oral communication skills
    • Exceptional project management skills with experience in working effectively under deadline pressures and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
