Location: Pittsford, NY 14534

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 8hr Evenings

Schedule: 40 hrs per week/5 days

Pay breakdown :

Hourly rate - $38.00

Weekly Gross - $ 1,520.00

Job Summary:

Overview:

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a strong background and passion for Longterm Care . This position is ideal for LPNs who want to make a lasting impact in a Longterm Care setting by providing personalized, high-quality care to residents in need.

• Provide hands-on nursing care as an LPN in a Longterm Care facility
• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes in a Longterm Care environment
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as a licensed LPN in compliance with Longterm Care protocols
• Assist residents with ADLs and ensure their dignity and comfort in the Longterm Care unit
• Document nursing care in accordance with Longterm Care policies and procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other Longterm Care staff to ensure cohesive care plans
• Follow infection control practices and state regulations required in Longterm Care settings
  
  

Requirements :

• Current NYS Practical Nurse (PN) License
• Previous experience in long-term or acute care preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and documentation skills suited for a Longterm Care environment
