Key Responsibilities
Oversee and lead all aspects of commercial operations, ensuring seamless execution of large-scale moving and logistics services.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase service quality across regional and national accounts.
Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and frontline staff, building a culture centered on accountability, safety, and customer focus.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, and Fleet Management to ensure operational alignment with business goals.
Analyze KPIs and financial performance to identify areas of improvement, drive profitability, and support decision-making.
Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
Lead contract management, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation for commercial projects.
Support and scale operational capabilities to accommodate business expansion and emerging service lines.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of operations leadership experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, or commercial services.
Proven ability to manage multi-site teams and high-value commercial accounts.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and P&L statements.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and safety protocols.
