LaSalle Network is hiring a
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)to lead the strategic direction and execution for a leading global MSP, delivering innovation solutions and services to businesses globally.
The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scaling high-growth organizations, managing financial operations in a PE-backed environment, and driving operational efficiencies to maximize enterprise value.
CFO Responsibilities: - Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s global expansion, M&A initiatives, and operational scale
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and risk management to ensure financial stability and scalability
- Manage capital structure, debt financing, and cash flow to optimize financial health and growth opportunities
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
- Establish and oversee financial controls, compliance, and reporting in alignment with regulatory requirements
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, and margin improvement
- Lead due diligence and integration efforts for M&A activities, ensuring seamless financial and operational synergies
- Implement and enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting structures to support scalability and data-driven decision-making
- Drive profitability and cost-optimization strategies to enhance EBITDA and shareholder value
- Foster a high-performance finance team, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, culture, and strategic goals
CFO Requirements: - Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
- CPA highly preferred
- 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in within PE-backed organizations
- Experience within the Managed Services, IT Services, SaaS, or Technology industry preferred
- Proven track record in scaling organizations, driving operational efficiencies, and executing successful M&A transactions
- Previous experience managing direct reports as part of a finance/Accounting team
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative and high-growth environment with the ability to adjust to changing priorities
