Assist with bathing, dressing, light meal prep & light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Promote a safe and comfortable home environment
Communicate updates to the RN Case Manager
NYS HHA Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Clear English communication (spoken & written)
Current physical and TB test (within 12 months)
MMR titers with positive immunity
