We’re currently seeking dedicated, dependable, and compassionate part-time Caregivers to support our amazing clients in Sarasota County, FL. As a Beacon caregiver, you'll help individuals maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Whether you're assisting with daily tasks or offering companionship, your presence will mean the world to someone. What You’ll Do:

Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting)
Help with mobility support such as walking, transferring, and fall prevention
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed
Perform light housekeeping – laundry, dishes, tidying up
Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or social outings
Offer companionship and build meaningful relationships
Monitor and report changes in client’s condition
Support medication reminders (non-medical)

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus
Genuine compassion, patience, and a heart for helping
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to safely assist with lifting/mobility tasks
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must pass a background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Fluent in English

Schedule: Flexible Full-time shifts (day, night, weekends available )
