Position Summary:

Balance Assisted Living in Lodi, CA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Caregiver to provide compassionate and high-quality care to the residents in our community. Responsibilities of the Caregiver:

• Personal Care Assistance: Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and feeding.
• Resident Care: Assist with mobility, positioning, and transferring residents as outlined in their individual service plans.
• Supportive Tasks: Help with meals, changing bed linens, and laundry duties as assigned.
• Dignity and Respect: Ensure residents’ privacy, respect, and dignity are upheld at all times.
• Health and Safety: Follow infection control procedures and standard precautions while providing care.
• Training and Development: Complete state-required training upon hire and annually.
• Communication: Report any changes in resident conditions or care needs to the care team and family members.

Required Experience:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
• Background Check: State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement required.
• Health Screen: LIC 503 Health Screening Report required.
