Job Description

Greysteel is seeking students who are self-motivated, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and are passionate about commercial real estate to participate in its summer internship program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop and comprehensive understanding of the CRE sector through participation in training sessions, group discussions, return of deliverables, and practical work with experienced Advisors. PLEASE NOTE, this is for the Fall / Winter session and is a hybrid internship, requiring an in-office presence. 

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily activities of the internship, a comprehensive training program designed to build and expand your knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and salesmanship.
• Complete and submit deliverables as assigned.
• Conduct market research to identify market trends and activity.
• Collaborate with your mentor and the larger team to support ongoing transactional initiatives.
• Represent yourself, your colleagues, and Greysteel with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, or recently graduated.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Desire to learn and grow both individually and as part of a team.
• Coachability and eagerness to constantly learn.
