We are experiencing significant growth due to our exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule. Your Role- Brand Ambassador As a Lead Generation Specialist, your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers, initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs, and help them take the next step by scheduling a free in-home consultation. You’ll distribute marketing materials, share valuable information, and build relationships—understanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes. We're looking for positive, high-energy people who can handle the "no's" with grace and stay focused on creating new opportunities! We offer both full-time and part-time schedules, with a competitive pay rate and unlimited bonus potential based on your personal performance.
