Your attention to detail and pride in your work will ensure every customer drives away happy. Day-to-day responsibilities include: * Cleaning, waxing, polishing, and detailing vehicles (both new and pre-owned) * Inspecting finished work to ensure the highest quality standards * Following specific customer requests and delivering exceptional service * Maintaining and caring for detailing tools and equipment * Reporting any vehicle damage promptly and clearly * Collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth operations * Upholding Walt Massey’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For * A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic * A team player with leadership potential and a desire to learn * Strong communication and customer service skills * A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Experience in detailing or automotive work is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person!
