IMMEDIATE HIRE - ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER – $20/HR + All Commissions!

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• 3+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
• Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention 
• Yardi experience is preferred 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a soft credit review

Compensation and Benefits Available:

• $20.00 an hour
• ALL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS! Up to $100/Renewal and up to $100/Rental!
• Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise up to 5%, every year

Schedule: Monday - Friday dayshift hours. 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Occasional Saturday's may be required.
