Team setting at beautiful hospice house located in Lincoln, MA, bordering Waltham (Part Time) 15 hours

Sunday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and Monday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Nestled in a peaceful setting, our hospice house is more than just a place of care – it's a space for dignity, respect, and peace. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and empathetic Administrative Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering exceptional care. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the smooth daily operations of our hospice house, performing a broad range of administrative activities including administrative support, assisting with staffing, scheduling, file management, and other related responsibilities.

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma required, Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years progressively responsible experience as a medical secretary or related position in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a health care setting.
  • Demonstrated skill in managing communications and coordinating activities in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook and healthcare specific systems and databases required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maturity.

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post. Care Dimensions also offers a comprehensive benefits package – including employer-sponsored health insurance, paid time-off, tuition reimbursement, student loan paydown, supplemental insurance options and more – which adds to the company's generous total rewards package.

Pay Range

$20—$26 USD

Benefits are offered to employees that are scheduled to work 20+ hours/week, which include a generous earned time (vacation days) program, tuition reimbursement, scholarship programs, student loan paydown program, two retirement plans, in addition to medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, and so much more!
