We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in assisting with the preparation of tax returns, financial statements, and reports, helping clients with their accounting and tax needs. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements, ensuring compliance with legal and accounting standards.
Collaborate with senior accountants in preparing supporting tax documents and financial statement workpapers.
Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns (training provided).
Support clients by addressing their accounting and tax needs with care and professionalism.
Participate in tax planning for both individuals and businesses, offering valuable insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with clients and colleagues.
Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
Highly organized with the ability to respond to inquiries and concerns promptly.
Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using a Windows-based computer system, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BS/BA).

Preferred Experience:

1+ year of experience in accounting (preferred, but not required).
