For methodology, please see Responsibilities: • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs • Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner • Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program • Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner • Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more Program Overview: Phase 1: Financial Professional (First Year)• Hands-on experience with sales and client service • Access to training, digital tools, and expert support • Licensing required (insurance and securities) Phase 2: Associate Partner (After 12 Months)• Six-month leadership training program • Develop skills in recruiting and coaching • Lead a team of financial professionals About New York Life A Fortune 100 company with 175+ years of experience, New York Life is a mutual company focused on long-term success for clients and our people.
